Good professional development is hard to find. Trust us, after a combined total of 50 years as educators, we have experienced our share of ineffective training. As a result, we know exactly what to avoid and what to include to gain teacher buy-in. We use student and teacher data to craft a development plan that engages teachers in a workshop style approach. Our goal is to ensure that teachers leave each session with a work product they can use in their practice. Ideally, attendees leave with both knowledge and some application strategies identified for their problem of practice. 

We also offer a tuned protocol for individual and small group instructional coaching. This has shown to be the most effective method of improving instructional practice and student performance, given its individualized approach. 

We also offer specialized training in teaching students with IEPs in inclusion settings, English Language Learners, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. 

Lastly, we also author cross-content curriculum to compliment related subject areas (Math/Science and/or English/Social Studies). We offer free curricular reviews at your request.
